Resigning as a Registered Agent
If a registered agent in Arkansas wishes to resign, the can do so by:
- Create Signed Statement: A signed statement that the agent wishes to resign their duties must be sent to the Secretary of State.
- Deliver to: Business and Commercial Services Office, Victory Building, 1401 W. Capitol Avenue, Suite 250, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The agent’s duties will terminate 60 days after notice is delivered to the Secretary of State.[4]
